Astra Jigsaw Italy and Spain, from Lena Games, presents a new collection of jigsaw puzzles with pictures of Spain and the beautiful, romantic Italy. Through a series of photographs you will see masterpieces of architecture like the Barcelona Cathedral and the Alhambra Palace, and also some stunning views of small Italian towns.
Opening the application will bring up the photograph gallery where you will pick up your favorite image. You can then decide how difficult your puzzle will be to complete by defining the number of pieces (which goes from 35 up to 1535) and choosing the pieces style. There are seven styles to choose from, from the typical puzzle shape to the original 'figure shape' that gives pieces the shape of animals, numbers, letters, and other objects. To make your puzzle a bit more challenging you can disable the frame, choose random order, or activate piece rotation.
Once your puzzle has been created, you will see that the program offers many options to make the puzzle solving experience pleasant and comfortable. You just need to use the mouse to drag pieces around and join them. And if your puzzle has hundreds of pieces crowding your desktop, the program provides additional windows and pockets to store them so you can keep your desk organized. Additional options allow you to save your progress, switch to full screen mode, change the background color, and more with just one click.
